Ashton Salah
He built the digital general manager that runs a dealership. He started by running one himself.
Ashton Salah was raised in the car business. He started on the lot at 12 washing cars, was a lot attendant by 13, and by 15 had become a lot manager, running vehicle reconditioning and learning to buy at auction, where he found a lasting love of specialty cars. Through his teens he worked the entire dealership floor, from sales to finance to leading his own sales team as a floor manager.
While studying at UC Irvine, Ashton became a builder and investor beyond the lot. He was an early investor in Bullmont Capital, a venture firm whose portfolio has grown substantially. He advised Series, the company founded by his close friend Nathaneo Johnson, and co-created an early voice-to-voice AI venture, Jonsal Intelligence, later AutoVoice.
One day I sat down and built a system that could run the entire lot. That became Mini Nash.
But cars were always home. He came back to run the lot and, within months, was coding tools to fix the problems he knew firsthand. A self-taught engineer, he architected and built the entire system himself: software that runs a whole dealership. That system is Mini Nash, which he leads as founder, CEO, and CTO, on a mission to give every dealer a digital general manager that buys their time back.
Specialty cars: the love that started at the auction block at 15.
Mini Nash is the digital GM he built.
The company brain that runs your store, so you can buy your time back.
